At Lumitress™, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to a transparent, fair return process that complies with Shopify and Stripe policies.


30-Day Return Window


We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:
  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact


Product Safety & Hygiene Policy (Important)


Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to haircare and cosmetic products:
  • All Lumitress™ products are shipped with a protective seal and/or protective film
  • If the protective seal or film has been removed, altered, or tampered with, the item is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
  • This policy applies regardless of product usage and is strictly enforced

This standard aligns with Shopify’s health & personal care product guidelines and is supported by Stripe’s dispute resolution requirements.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Only items physically returned will be eligible for a refund


Non-Refundable Items


The following items are non-refundable:
  • Products with removed or tampered seals
  • Trial-size products or samples
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Original shipping charges


Return Shipping & Processing Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A $10 return processing fee per item applies
  • Example: A bundle containing 2 items will incur a $20 processing fee
  • Processing fees are deducted from the refund total

These fees reflect handling, inspection, and restocking costs and are permitted under Shopify and Stripe guidelines when clearly disclosed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
