- All Lumitress™ products are shipped with a protective seal and/or protective film
- If the protective seal or film has been removed, altered, or tampered with, the item is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- This policy applies regardless of product usage and is strictly enforced

Refunds
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- Only items physically returned will be eligible for a refund

Non-Refundable Items

Return Shipping & Processing Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A $10 return processing fee per item applies
- Example: A bundle containing 2 items will incur a $20 processing fee
